Blender
Griddle or Cast iron pan
- ½ cup Rolled oats
- 1 tbsp Flaxseeds
- 1 Ripe banana
- ½ cup Plant based milk
- ⅛ tsp Cinnamon powder
- ¼ tsp Baking soda
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
In a blender jar add in rolled oats, flaxseeds, Cinnamon powder, Baking soda and blend until you get a fine powder.
Now add in plant based milk, chopped banana, coconut oil and blend again to a smooth batter.
Heat a griddle or lightly oiled cast iron pan and once it's hot add ladle full of batter and spread it out evenly to your desired size.
Once the bubbles start to form on top, flip and cook on both the sides until they turn golden brown.
Serve them warm topped with fruits and toppings of your choice, drizzle some maple syrup or sweetener of your choice and dig in.
- You can make big batch of this pancakes, freeze and use them later up to 1 month.
