INSTANT VEGAN BANANA AND OATMEAL PANCAKES

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Griddle or Cast iron pan

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseeds
  • 1 Ripe banana
  • ½ cup Plant based milk
  • tsp Cinnamon powder
  • ¼ tsp Baking soda
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil

Instructions

  • In a blender jar add in rolled oats, flaxseeds, Cinnamon powder, Baking soda and blend until you get a fine powder.
  • Now add in plant based milk, chopped banana, coconut oil and blend again to a smooth batter.
  • Heat a griddle or lightly oiled cast iron pan and once it's hot add ladle full of batter and spread it out evenly to your desired size.
  • Once the bubbles start to form on top, flip and cook on both the sides until they turn golden brown.
  • Serve them warm topped with fruits and toppings of your choice, drizzle some maple syrup or sweetener of your choice and dig in.

Notes

  • You can make big batch of this pancakes, freeze and use them later up to 1 month.
